Iugo World Refund Policy
Iugo World is an accredited‑candidate academy providing year‑long learning pathways, live instruction, cultural experiences, digital platform access, and third‑party partnership services. To maintain program quality, staffing, compliance, and seat availability, the following refund policy applies to all services and subscription types.
Annual Membership Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions secure your learner’s seat and provide full access to Iugo World’s annual learning program, including instructional planning, cultural experiences, and all integrated products, programs and services.
Refund Eligibility
Before annual activation / program start: Families may cancel and receive a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
After annual activation / program start: Annual subscriptions are non‑refundable, regardless of login activity, usage, or attendance. This includes access to all Iugo World services and any third‑party partnership services provided through the program.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions follow a strict, non‑refundable structure once the month begins.
Refund Eligibility
Before the monthly cycle begins (before billing/activation): Families may cancel the upcoming month. No refund is needed because billing has not yet occurred.
After the monthly cycle begins or access is granted: Monthly subscriptions are non‑refundable, regardless of login activity, usage, or attendance.
Billing Notes • Partial‑month refunds are not available. • Missed classes do not qualify for refunds. • Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only. • Once a month begins, the full month is considered earned.
Course Enrollment Fees
Course fees (including Spanish classes and cultural field trips):
Before the course start date / activation: Refundable, minus a 10% administrative fee.
After the course start date / activation: Non‑refundable.
Seat reservations, scheduling, and instructor assignments are finalized at the start of each term.
Micro‑Group, Co‑Op, and Microschool Model
Groups enrolled through the Micro‑Group Model follow the same structure:
Before group start / activation: Refundable, minus a 10% administrative fee.
After group start / activation: Non‑refundable.
Group organizers may request schedule adjustments or learner substitutions, reviewed individually.
ESA & State‑Funded Enrollments
Iugo World accepts ESAs and state funding from:
• South Carolina • Alabama • Arizona • Florida • Arkansas • Wyoming
Refunds for ESA/state‑funded enrollments follow state rules. Some states do not allow refunds directly to families; unused funds may be returned to the state or credited for future educational use.

Non‑Refundable Items
The following items are non‑refundable across all subscription types:
• Registration fees • Digital platform access fees • Completed classes or sessions • Missed classes • Cultural field trip fees once booked • Administrative or processing fees
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us through the Support tab in your Iugo World app or email our team.
Include: • Learner’s name • Program or subscription type • Reason for cancellation • State funding details (if applicable)
Requests are processed within 7–10 business days.
